My theme always reverts to Modified after a reboot
I'm using Windows XP Professional (no service packs). When I change my theme
to "Windows XP", the desktop changes to Bliss after I click on "apply". But after I reboot the computer, the Windows XP theme is showns for about 15 seconds after the desktop appears, but then the desktop background turns black and when I check the display properties the theme has been changed to "Modified Theme". I can't seem to get the "Windows XP" theme that I have selected to stay. Can anybody help with this problem?
