Default Problems with Icons

Hey,

After recently installing some updates from the Windows
Update site, HTML document (and other documents
associated with Internet Explorer) are no longer showing
up with the usual icon, instead they are showing up as if
they have no icon listed in the system. I right-clicked
and tried to mess with some settings there but even with
the HTML files associated to Internet Explorer they are
still not displaying the icons.

Just to clarify, the icons I speak of are the ones next
to the file name when you are browsing using windows
explorer. E.g. Word Files have a little paper next to
them, etc. In my case the little page with an "e" on it
is not displaying.

Thanks for your help!
