Screensaver and Novell

I need to find out if there is a way to create a
screensaver password without creating a windows password
in XP. We are running Novell client and XP professional.
We have users that require more security(or so they
think) and want a screensaver password. But, we dont want
them to set a Novell password as well. Any ideas???
