Default really annoyed

I am having trouble with one letter on the keyboard that I cannot make
function, I cannot even type it... between letter a and d!

The computer worked well on wed, today, problematic

it beep
flicker
no letter between a and d
and maybe a problem with touchpad

help!

Well - since you mentioned touchpad - sounds like a laptop.

Likely bad hardware. Get it repaired.

Want to see if it is hardware? Get a USB keyboard and a USB mouse and
connect them both to the laptop and let it install the proper drivers and
use them. If your S works and you have nop trouble using the mouse - your
laptop is in need of physical repair.
