I hope someone can help me with my problem. I am using
windows xp and I was playing dvd in my d drive using
windows media player and it no longer play anymore. I
recently downloaded windows media player 9 hoping that it
would correct the problem. I keep getting a message that I
need to lower my resolution and color which is set to 800
by 600 and 16 bit whatever that mean. Thanks for your
help.
