Default The Windows Installer Service

The Windows Installer Service could not be accessed. This is for Windows XP
sp2, trying to install "Dak prov42bv". Any suggestions??

Default The Windows Installer Service

Click Start, Run, and type SERVICES.MSC. In the right pane, right-click Windows Installer, and then click Start. Also, set the service "Startup Type" to Manual.
