Default Standby and Hibernation

Starting about three weeks ago when I attempt to put my system into standby
or hibernation the computer actually goes into the state but about two
minutes later it powers back up. Any ideas?

Default Standby and Hibernation

Have you installed in new programs in that time? Maybe something is try to access the Internet.
Check in the device manager for items that can bring out of stand by (like the nic)
