Public proxy servers that block images and videos?

| P.S. I think the best tasting slices of bread are actually the ends. I like the ends, too, though I haven't actually had sliced bread for many years. I make an organic annadama bread with blackstrap molasses myself, and I buy Whole foods organic ciabatta bread for sandwiches. That's more of a blob than a loaf, with tasty crust on every side. | And | the twist ties should be clockwise to tighten, and vice versa to loosen, but | that's another advanced concept for the ages. | That's a case of emotional abuse resulting from right-handed privilege. But that's OK. You didn't know you were oppressing lefties. |

Could we at least agree on which direction the get twisted? Why doesn't the gov't force bread bakers to twist the ties in the right direction, and only as many times as is absolutely necessary? I've seen the newfangled bread clip that's linked above, but it's not common at my house. Maybe certain bakeries and/or certain store chains have adopted the clip, while the rest have yet to do so. Here are some bread clips for you. https://i.postimg.cc/bNvHLRst/bread-clips.jpg My bread twist tie collection is much smaller. Zero. Paul |

Things must be boring today :-D Here they use what you call "twist tie", I gather. A wire in plastic sleeve. Not colour coded: the date is stamped in the bag. I don't remember seeing bread clips here. That type of bread is made at a factory half a country away and distributed, not daily. Daily bread here is another kind, what you call French bread, of many varieties. Some times sliced and bagged. And I don't collect twist ties, but I keep them for reuse. Sometimes they end tying my computer cables. -- Cheers, Carlos E.R. |

I don't think that word means what you think it means. | This one looks about right to me: "to crush or burden by abuse of power or authority" https://www.merriam-webster.com/dictionary/oppress Maybe if you're going to do a lot of thinking about what others are thinking, it would be good to explain your thinking. |

Here in the Oklahoma City area, most bakeries still use twist ties that are color coded to indicate the day of the week the bread was made, though there are a handful that use those plastic clips. -- Roy Smith Windows 10 Fort Agent 8.0 |
