After installing SP2 on my XP PC all seemed to work fine, only when tried to
use Arabic using IE6 browser to search on the web it did not work although I could read Arabic from same page but cannot type in to search, please anyone help to solve this issue my IE Version: 6.0.2900.2180.xpsp2_gdr.050301-1519. Whatever that means. Thanks in advance, enjoy Al-Hinai |

Reading a web page in a language and inputting text in a language are two
different things. http://support.microsoft.com/default...b;en-us;306993 I don't know for a fact, but I suspect search engines either are or are not capable of accepting input from a language regardless of whether the operating system allows text input in that language. Hi Kathea Banshou
I’ve used the link unfortunately there is no relevant information regarding text input, however I strongly doubt it’s search engine problem as I’ve used another browser on same search engine & works fine on all languages. I feel like some sort of settings on IE but not sure still trying different ways to solve it.
