Multiple references to the same footnote
How do we put multiple references in the body of the text to the same
footnote? For example, three superscript number "3" 's in different paragraphs that all refer to the same footnote. We also want all three footnote references in the body to be re-numbered (updated) if another footnote is inserted before the third footnote. Can this be done?
