Default messages that appear on start up

I have been having a couple of problems that pop up upon startup of my
computer and i am not sure if this is the problem but my computer has been
running quite slow also.

The errors that appear a
The procedure entry point ?GetMonitorName@CSiSTool@@SAHPADHK@K could not be
located in the dynamic link library SiSApCom.dll.

And the other code that comes up with the same message as above is
?Display2IsPrimary@CSiSEscExt@@QAEHK@K@Z
