Default Sims Online Error Message With XP Professional

Has anyone tried to install The Sims Online Game and when
it gets about 70%, the error message "Corrupt Cabinet
File"
comes up and the installation aborts? I have tried
everything I can think of and don't know what the problem
is.

THANKS!!

Is that pathetic excuse for a MMPORPG still going?!

The problem is that EA/Maxis didn't think it through. Absolutely zero
research went into development, and people ended up paying for a glorified
chat room. In order to actually do anything (acquire property, stuff,
friends) you have to stand around making pizzas or code breaking - which
became banal within seconds...er, make that nanoseconds.

Oh you meant with your disc...it's corrupt - order another from EA.
