This might fix the log on thing. Delete all ur accounts,
then remake them, disable guest account too. n the
flashing thing sounds more like graphic card problem
instead.

logged on, then when windows starts things dont work
correctly ie when i right click something it only flashes
up for a split second ,and things open when the cursor
only passes over them,this is solved by using task
manager to log off then all is okay when i log on
again,as far as i am aware i have no trojans etc(i run
anti trojan,adaware,spybot +avg anti virus)can anybody
