Dear Sir/Madam,

Thank you for your email.
We know about this problem, we are solving it now. AVG 7.0. has the
same function as AVG 6.0. (Shell Extension) but this problem isn't at

AVG 7.0.

Best regards,

After installing your program I have a very strange problem.
Let me describe it to you step-by-step:

DO THIS -- click Start -- Programs ---- Right-click (any folder)

---
choose either open or explore

Your folder will open on the desktop. Yes? Mine too.

After installing AVG Pro v6, I CANNOT open any folder on my

programs menu.
Instead the pointer jumps down to to the next folder... and the

next... and the
next for as long as I continue to choose "open."
