Default unable to get online for about 30 min.

after about 30 min. 2 bells ring and I can get online.
ran I.E. 7 diagnostic and these were the results
does anyone have a solution or idea????????????

Default unable to get online for about 30 min.

If you run from an intel eithernet connection (cable),then youre settings are
wrong & the intel software/drivers must not be installed,along with intel
chip
set installation utility,get all from intel.Once installed,open internet
connections,
R.click each icon one at a time,properties,uncheck packet
scheduler,share,then
click on "configure" to intel hardware option.Open internet
options,connections,
uncheck all (even lan option).If you are on a dial up connection,youre ISP
tech
should get youre pc in shape to thier software.
