If you know what I mean. *I* know what you mean. You mean that one of us will have a life-*ending* event, not a life-altering one. I think we both will, but I hope that it's long from now for both of us, so that two years older status remains in place for a long time. |

I keep remembering what Jim Pickering told us when we were anxious about approaching our 70th birthdays: "The best is yet to come!" Jim was a couple of years older than me at that time. He remembered my age, and added the remark that when he & I met I was 10 years older than he, and he reasoned that it was still true.
