Default Please answer this about microsoft xp messenger service ads?

okay, i have went into the control panel to disable messenger service but it keeps automatically starting it. i am tired of these damn things!! i have downloaded many free messenger blockers but none work. can anyone tell me of a good one that works? please help!! i even tried a couple of firewalls.

You do not need software to do this. See he

If a firewall is really turned on though, you wouldn't see these either (unless you've
allowed access through).
