Location of default cover pages an Fax Console 5.2 (build 2581)

I am trying to find (and delete) all the default cover pages that ship
with this add in, so that the only cover page my users can choose is
the custom one created for our company.

I have looked in the normal location:

drive:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application
Data\Microsoft\Windows
NT\MSFax\

and nothing is there.

I have searched the machine (inc hidden files) for files with a .cov
file extension and still found nothing ?

Where are these files held?

All machines are Win2K with SP4 and Office XP.
