Change start up menu! FRUSTRATED!
Every time I start XP home edition Yahoo Messenger
automatically starts up. I do not have it pinned to my start up menu. I don't want it to start automatically. I know there must be another way to access the start up menu, but I can't find it. Please HELP! |

Change start up menu! FRUSTRATED!
Look for it in start|all programs|startup or run|msconfig|startup tab.

Change start up menu! FRUSTRATED!
Hi Victoria,
In Yahoo! messenger there must be an option such as "Start yahoo! messenger when Windows starts.." Uncheck that. If all else fails then type MSCONFIG at StartRun and flip to the startup tab. Uncheck the entry for Yahoo! messenger from there. -- Anando Microsoft-MVP for Windows XP Know more about the MVP program- http://mvp.support.microsoft.com Indian MVPs- http://www.microsoft.com/india/mvp/indiamvp.aspx "Victoria" wrote in message ...
