Is there a way to get Windows Explorer to show just the C: drive?

This registry edit will allow you to hide any drive you wish from Windows Explorer. You can also do this with TweakUI for Windows XP.

You can set a shortcut that shows only the C drive, but even a
moderately sophisticated user will know to press Windows+E if she
wants to bring up an unrestricted Explorer window.

I don't know but this will show the c: drive first
%windir%\explorer.exe /e, c:
