Default programes disapear from add remove programs

Well, I hope that you can learn from you mistakes.

You obviously didn't do a backup of the registry before
making changes. From now on NEVER do that. ALWAYS export
the registry (at the very least, the section you are
editing) before making any changes. Then you can get the
previous version back by importing it.

If the only thing you lost was the add/remove program
list, ignore it. You will not be able to use the wizard
to remove the programs, but since that only worked
sometimes anyway, it's not a big loss. Programs can still
be removed manually (though you will ALWAYS EXPORT THE
REGISTRY BEFORE CHANGING ANYTHING won't you?)

Just my opinion
CJ

that i needed in that when i installed it and tried to
run it nothing happened, i wend into the folder where i
installed it to and nothing was there, after a bit of
bothering my friends i we come to the conclusion that
my "administrator" login didnt have full admin rights so
i set about correcting this by editing the registy and
setting the permissions manuly, BIG mistake, rebooted the
computer and most of the programes in "add remove
