I use Sage accounting software and until you mentioned Tally 7.2 I had never heard of it. I see that Tally 7.2 is not the latest version. Background on your error message: http://msdn2.microsoft.com/en-us/library/ms796183.aspx If you are satisfied that there is no problem with your RAM memory and this is the only problem then it is most likely a damaged or corrupted driver associated with Tally. The Tally web site does not offer much in the way of support. Do you have a Maintenance Contract with Tally? If yes raise the matter with them. Do you have a current or nearly current data backup from before the problem first arose? Does Tally software allow you to restore a data back up? Do you have the original Tally software and is this failing to install from the original CD? If this is so I suspect your only choice is to go to Tally for help. -- Hope this helps. Are there any yellow question marks in Device Manager? Right click on
