Default Please help with IE error

I keep getting the message Internet explorer has encountered a problem and
has to shut down. would you like to send error report blah blah blah. This
only happens when i am in the yahoo uk chat room. Normal web use is fine.
It also happens when i use the microsoft explorer. Is it anything to do
with the fact i have a firewall and spyware app running or is it a settings
problem or am i just doomed pls help

Let it send the error message then (hopefully) see what the answer to
the problem is.

Right-click on My Computer and select Manage
Expand the Event Viewer category by clicking on the + sign.
Select each of the 3 subcategories in turn and browse throught the
event details in the right side panel looking for red-flagged error
records whose date and time stamps correspond to your Internet
Explorer problems.
Double click on an error record to see the details of that error.

Post the error record details back here for further advice and
assistance.

Good luck
