Default NTBackup has no GUI

I am using NTBackup and was successfully backup some files. However, for
whatever reason, when I tried to run NTBackup now, the hourglass cursor
appears for a short while but nothing happen. I checked the Task Manager and
found NTbackup.exe is already started and it in the Processing tab but not in
Application tab. I could not get the GUI of NTBackup started.

Is there anyone seen this problem and any suggestion would be appreciated.

Thanks.
