Multiple users on one printer.

We have 3 users for one printer. Tray 2 prints letter size paper & we use
Tray 1 to print envelopes. When one CSR is printing letters and the other
CSR is printing envelopes, the two Trays intermingle. Letters end up
printing out on envelopes. How can I set each individual work station?
