Default Yahoo messenger conference

I like to use yahoo messenger conference with 3 or 4 other people and
if everyone is immediately available, it works great. However, if
one or more are slow to join, we have to wait for those persons or if
we start without them they dont have the full conversation and we have
to catch them up.

I am wondering if there is a way to have Yahoo automatically join all
conference invitations? Doing this would reduce the problem greatly.

or is there another IM system that shows all the conference messages
even if you join late? Yahoo does not.

or a easy way to get a late comer a copy of the conference? Several
cut & paste is the only way I have been able to do it.
