Question Problem in Network Connections

Hello
I'm using "windows XP SP1". in Network Connections me was a conection for dialup ... but recently,
in the Network Connections windows contain was empty ... and creat a new conection was disable "conect using a dial-up modem".
Please describe for me how enable "conect using a dial-up modem" in dialog box "New conection wizard".

1.In Control Panel, double-click Add/Remove Programs.
2.Click the Windows Setup tab, click Communications, and then click Details.
3.Click to select the Dial-Up Networking check box, and then click OK.
4.Click OK.
5.Follow the instructions on the screen. When you are prompted to restart your computer, do so.
