Updates not installing from microsoft updates
Select, Start, Help and Support, Keep your Windows up- to-date with
Windows Update, Review your Update History and click on the Failed Icon (if any) in the Status Column. What does it say for the failed update?? -- Hope this helps. What was the Error code?
What does it say in the WindowsUpdate.log located in C:\windows. You will find a long list as the log is cumulative. Please copy the section covering the relevant attempt to update. A better newsgroup for update problems is microsoft.public.windowsupdate -- Hope this helps.
