Default Spooler Subsystem App error message

I keep getting this error message when trying to set up a
network. It happens when the wizard is just finishing
the process and the icons of the small computers are
moving from one computer to another.
There is no printer running or trying to run. I have had
this computer for 1.5 weeks.
The error message says it is being sent to Crash Analysis
but nothing is being sent.
Dell will not help with this since it happens while
trying to set up a network and they do not support
neworks!

Any help out there?

Diane

Diane,

I was having the same problem. Apparently, a program on my machine
called BVRP was causing the issue. It is a faxing utility program that
was added as a printer. By removing this program, my Spooler subsystem
app error disappeared in the network wizard and my home network came
back to life.

Best wishes,

Jason
