Default reduce gadget size

Is there a way to reduce a gadget size? I like the clock that comes
with W 7 but would like to reduce its size. Is that possible?

You can't resize any of the gadgets as far as I know.

I have just downloaded/installed a smaller clock (it looks like a blue shiny
web button, very nice and not too big).
Right-click on the DesktopGadgetsGet more gadgets online.
Find a clock you like better than the clocks provided with W7..
Click Install - it will give you the choice to Install or Save.
Click Save and save the file in Downloads (or anywhere).

Double-click on the file to install.
