Default hibernat / standby problems

In standby:
does not wake up on keyboard or mouse, only with the power button
(I tryed all options on bios)

In hibernate:
when waking up after hibernating more than 10 (?) minutes, the mouse is
hung

(I suppose all worked well some weeks ago)
Any help ? Thanks
