Default Reformat HDD or Uninstall Windows

Hi there, is there any way to uninstall windows xp without affecting other
drivers like video card etc. By uninstalling and reinstalling, will that
affect my data in HDD?

Since drivers cannot operate without an OS, then of course you cannot
uninstall windows and leave the drivers intact.
Yes, uninstalling windows will MOST DEFINITELY affect the files on your hard
drive. You cannot, for instance, uninstall Windows XP, then install Windows
98 and expect to have all your drivers, programs, etc in working order.

You sound like you are in way over your head.

Why don't you simply state the problem you are having and maybe you'll find
a fix that is not as drastic as uninstalling the OS.
