Default File History Question

Due to problems I had to reset File History. As a result a new sub-folder was created within the File History folder. The original sub-folder still contains data from prior backups, but it appears that the program can only access the new one. Is there some way to be able to access the older backups as well, should it be necessary to restore from them? Thanks for all guidance.

What was the error message?
Have you tried accessing it from the Command Prompt?

Thanks JJ. There was no error message, when you look at the backup screen only the backups from the second subfolder appear, although the first subfolder contains many previous backups.

How do you access it from Command Prompt?

Thanks again for helping me out.
