XP sp2 1024 MB mem 2.4ghz Dell 8250 "Previous fan failure"

Default XP sp2 1024 MB mem 2.4ghz Dell 8250 "Previous fan failure"

at each boot up "Previous fan failure F1 to continue F2 for setup" F1 and I
go into windows, sometime later five minutes five hours or perhaps five days,
I get the "blue screen of death" with
STOP: c0000021a (Fatal system error) The windows Logon process system
Process terminated unexpectedly with a status of 0x00000005
(0x00000000 0x00000000). The system has been shut down.
and I am shut down

This patch is Sp1 for internet explorer 6.0 and XP sp1 and I am upgraded to
XP sp2 anf internet explorer 6.0.2900 sp2

It is either a Boot Sector virus or bad RAM.
