Default windows xp sp2 installation error

I am receiving an access denied error after installing service pak 2. I
tried editing the registry key in question ( HKCR\vnd.ms.radio ) but could
not locate it. In the %windir%\setupapi.log, I found this information:

#E065 Parsing DelReg section [Product.Del.Reg] in
"c:\a4f5163c4b71053ce208ef89ce\i386\update\update. inf" failed. Error 5:
Access is denied.
#E064 Parsing install section [ProductInstall.GlobalRegistryChanges.Install]
in "c:\a4f5163c4b71053ce208ef89ce\i386\update\update. inf" failed. Error 5:
Access is denied.
#-007 Deleting registry key HKCR\vnd.ms.radio
#E033 Error 5: Access is denied.
#E065 Parsing DelReg section [Product.Del.Reg] in
"c:\a4f5163c4b71053ce208ef89ce\i386\update\update. inf" failed. Error 5:

Can anyone explain what my problem is, from the info given, so I can
succesfully install xp sp2? Anyhelp would be much appreciated.

Go to HKLM\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\Class\.
Delete the following key: {e0cbf06c-cd8b-4647-bb8a-263b43f0f974}.

I am guessing you have a Bluetooth device.
