Where do I download Windows RT?
Need adress to download Windows RT to install on netbook without DVD drive.
Need only the x86 English version then I put on USB flash. Don't wanna buy Surface 3 Pro with 512 GB RAM because it's too expensive and I must find work to justify the aquisition. But I want to be prepared to change my life to something better.

No you can't download Windows 8 officially from anywhere. If you don't have a DVD drive then go and buy one that can attach to your USB port. They only cost about $20 and you still need a drive because some applications are still distributed on a DVD/CD. If some drug junky posts bogus serial numbers to fool Microsoft servers then I would ignore them because they frustrate your hard work to "change your life to something better". Buying an external drive is what will change your life for the better. Good luck.

RT is pre-installed on OEM devices. Not a marketed stand-alone product and the only way to get Windows RT 8.1 is by updating a PC or tablet that already has Windows RT preinstalled. -- ....winston msft mvp consumer apps
