Default Where do I download Windows RT?

Need adress to download Windows RT to install on netbook without DVD drive.
Need only the x86 English version then I put on USB flash. Don't wanna buy
Surface 3 Pro with 512 GB RAM because it's too expensive and I must find
work to justify the aquisition. But I want to be prepared to change my life
to something better.

No you can't download Windows 8 officially from anywhere. If you don't
have a DVD drive then go and buy one that can attach to your USB port.
They only cost about $20 and you still need a drive because some
applications are still distributed on a DVD/CD.

If some drug junky posts bogus serial numbers to fool Microsoft servers
then I would ignore them because they frustrate your hard work to
"change your life to something better". Buying an external drive is
what will change your life for the better.

Good luck.

You don't. RT is pre-installed on OEM devices. Not a marketed
stand-alone product and the only way to get Windows RT 8.1 is by
updating a PC or tablet that already has Windows RT preinstalled.

Web based forums are like subscribing to 10 different newspapers
and having to visit 10 different news stands to pickup each one.
Email list-server groups and USENET are like having all of those
newspapers delivered to your door every morning.

Surely there is no x86 version of Windows 8 RT.
RT is the cut down version that runs on ARM processors.

This has to be the single worst troll attempt posted to this newsgroup
yet. That's an impressively high bar, well done.

You work for *Microsoft*? And yet you don't know where to find a copy

Didn't ask, now I know.

Wait ... wait ... let me get my brain round this one: you work for
*MICROSOFT*?
And you *ADMIT* it?

What's the problem?

Even Archaic Poo in sci.math wouldn't do that and he's *crazy*.

I guess Archaic Poo lives in pooherty cause someone is exploring him. Maybe
he is not crazy, maybe you just don't understand his text messages.

If you work for MS, can't you get a freebie SurfPro? Or even borrow
one for a time, like maybe forever? Or get a discount?

I work for free, don't have discount. Who knows in the future I'll be
selling Windows 98.

I'm still having a mental bubble: you work for *Microsoft* and you
admit it in *public*?

J.
So, what's the problem?
