Default Video card power requirements

I replaced an Nvida FX5200 video card with a Radeon 9800 128mb. The old
card did not have a fan. The new card does. Will the increase in power
consumption have any affect on my UPS? In other words, will it be enough to
even change the % load factor?

I'm a little tight on my UPS and don't want to push it over the top with
something as basic as a new video card. Thanks for you help.

The fan most likely will not have any effect but the Video card's CPU and
memory will have some effect (that why the new card has a cooling fan - more
power consumption). Since I don't have your computer's specifications and
the UPS rating that about all I can tell you.
