The 'send' format is set, not the receive.

ToolsOptionsRead Then uncheck the box "Read all messages in plain text".

I think you meant "how to read/display" HTML-Mail.

Open Outlook Express, click Tools on the menu then select Options. Click
the Read tab and uncheck the box to "Read all messages in plain text".
