cd/rw - DVD ROM

See Anthony Shearman, and my reply... sorry no solution just have the same problem... but can access cdrw/dvd after 20 to 30 mins... xp admin tools generate an error record saying driver detected a controler error on device cdrom... maybe the probs with the driver (paraniod: not me the driver) hardware used to work ok, maybe before sp1???
