Corrupt NTFS Partition Windows XP Pro

Default Corrupt NTFS Partition Windows XP Pro

My secondary HDD partition got corrupted due to an error
occured to my primary partition which Windows XP pro was
installed. I tried to recover using fixmbr, Partition
Magic 8.0, Norton System Works 2003 (Diskedit),etc. When
connected to a working Win XP system the HDD is seen but
unkown partition it says..... Help me to get ....

Was the disk dynamic or basic? Does it show a drive letter? Does it show a
file system? Can you run chkdsk against the volume?
