Is there a way to force IE to save favorites to a different drive than
the C: drive?

I have mine on the E: drive.

I use "PC Magazine's'" COA (Change-of-Address) utility to change pointers in
INI files, shortcuts, and the registry after I copy the folder from one
place to the other.

TweakUI allows changing the location of several special folders, including
favorites.

Hi Martin,

Under TweakUI, navigate to My Computer Special Folders and choose Favourites from the drop down
list and hit change location.

You can download TweakUI from:
