Default HP printer drivers question- HELP!

KrisW wrote:
We have an HP Laserjet 2100 printer that for our mfg/acctg software
we need to use the drivers PCL5 but to fix a problem with missing
lines/borders in Excel it needs PCL6. I tried to download the latest
drivers from HP, but we already have them.

Please help - this involves our payroll and A/P checks printing and
also our Financial statements.

Thanks
