Default mepgs wont play on media player 11 with "pinnacle pctv hd pro stic

hey, i need help becuase i can't find anyway to just e-mail technical support
on all of microsoft's webstie directly so i'm hoping someone out there knows
the answer and or can atleast tell me how i can contact someone who does.

so here's the issue.

I got the Pinnacle Pctv Hd Prostick as a gift recently i loaded it on to my
laptop and now i can't play any mpg, or mpeg files on my windows media player
11, i can play other files like Wmvs, but not mpgs or mpeg, i checked my
defalt file types, they're marked off, but still won't play and the error
message still pops up, also i tried updating and reinstalling the player, no
such luck.

anyone know how to fix this?

or can anyone tell me how i can contact a professionial via e-mail to help
with this problems since microsoft likes to make me jump through endless
hoops to find them.

thank you.
