Default Offline on Web (3-4 weeks)

Dear Support,

I use Live Messenger since about 1 year back for online support for academic
clients.

You can see the LIVE SUPPORT buttons he http://tomopt.com/tomlab/ in the
top right corner.

About 3-4 weeks ago my status became OFFLINE permanently and there seem to
be no way to fix it.

I have everyone on the Allow List. I have check/unchecked the settings he
http://settings.messenger.live.com/a...bSettings.aspx

I have created another live.com account, and does
not work with that either.

Also tried to register all possible DLLs and enable SSL 2.0 for IE8.

Also bypassed the router and connected directly to the modem, still OFFLINE
all the time on the web.

I have spent 15-20 hours testing various versions of MSN, reading blogs. Out
of options now. Please help!
