Default Windows Messenger 5.1 SIP - Others apear offline

Hi
I have to use WM 5.1 at work to "chat" via SIP Communication Service and
after successfully login all my colleagues apear to be offline and if I try
to add a new one, I get the error "Sorry! xxxx can not be found." So I can't
open an new chat, it'll open an e-mail if I double klick a colleague.

The funny thing is, I'm showed online for my colleagues and after they write
to me, I can answer ...

Please held ;-)
Regards Mischa

Don't know if you are still having this issue or not, but it sounds like a
firewall issue or you need to reinstall WM. We had this same issue before and
it was the firewall. I disabled the firewall and everything worked. I enabled
the firewall again and it didn't. Make sure your firewall is allowing traffic
for WM. If that don't work try reinstalling WM.

Hope that helps.

The issue is still there ... but the firewall is turned off (from the
beginning because the PC is in the company network).
I can't uninstall the WM, the option to do that is grayed out ...
Do you have any other ideas ?
