Open XP's "Help and Support" and type: Product Identification , and =
hit enter. Click on "Get Information About Your Computer". Then click on "View = general system information about this computer". Your Product ID (PID) number = will be displayed under "Operating System". --=20 Nicholas --------------------------------------------------------------- wrote in message: ... | read inst. to get id no. can't find tools where they tell=20 | you to go.
