read inst. to get id no. can't find tools where they tell
you to go. Am I the only one who thinks all this help
advice is a pile of garbage. Absolutly can never find
what I need advice on. Also have autocad, tried to
perform a simple copy to a cd, can't do it. help menu
sucks. Computers are a joke!!!

Open XP's "Help and Support" and type: Product Identification , and =
hit enter.
Click on "Get Information About Your Computer". Then click on "View =
general
system information about this computer". Your Product ID (PID) number =
will be
displayed under "Operating System".
