a gated update/install. '664 can decide the

So the above update is not entirely safe,
if you were on some mobile device, your
Intel Bluetooth host went for a ****, and
your Bluetooth keyboard stopped working.
That would be a bit of a mess. If you don't
have Intel Bluetooth, but have some other
brand (like Broadcom), then you're probably
safe.

It's a fix for a problem caused by KB3133977 update.
If you haven't had KB3133977 instaled, KB3172605 is optional.
