Default Changing Hard Drives

I am just in the middles of buying new hard drives for my
PC.
I was wondering if it is possible to just transfer my
complete old hard drive to the new one without having to
reinstall Windows XP.
Any help will be well appreciated.
Thanks.
Simon.

Your new hard drive should come with a software utility that will
allow you to do this as well as the instructions on how to do it.
