Previewing email photo attachments

When I right-click an image file in Explorer I have the option of
previewing it with the Windows Picture and FAX Viewer, which is very
fast. How can I add the Preview command to the popup menu that appears
when I right-click an image attachment in an Outlook email message? At
present the only option is Open which starts Photoshop which is very
slow to load.
