Lost Administrative password

First of all, I'd like to thank everyone who answers these questions, trying to help us poor computer dummies!
Now getting down to business........I cannot remember my administrator password, and I think my computer is acting strange (or maybe it's just me, looking for answers to this problem all day) when I start in SAFE MODE, I get the WELCOME SCREEN, and 2 user
s, Administrator(no password) and Manager, password needed. When I sign on usual way, I get the Microsoft Windows screen, also 2 users BUT different names, Computer Manager and Debbie! Anyway, I've tried the telus.net site, Start, Run, control userpassword
s2, 321305, ctrl+alt+delete Start Run compmgmt and maybe 1 or 2 more...........NOTHING WORKS!!!!!!!!! Any suggestions will be kindly appreciated.
